Korean game developer Wemade has released a major update for its free-to-play NFT MMORPG MIR4. Ahead of the update, it also issued the Patch Notes. The November 16 Update brings various in-game content, including Bicheon Castle Siege, Zoetrope, Mystical Piece, Duel Arena, Darksteel updates, and more. The latest patch also added XDRACO Sealed Box. Check out the details below about the November 16, 2021 patch of MIR4.
Bicheon Castle Siege
Bicheon Castle Siege will take place once every four weeks on Sunday between 22:00 and 23:00 server time. To participate, your clan must research level 1 'Defense Formation' in the Clan Warfare subsection of Clan Tech. Clan Funds can be utilized to bid in the Bicheon Castle Siege Tender once your clan meets the requirements to participate.
During the Bicheon Castle Siege, the clan with the highest Tender bid will be designated as the defender, while the clan with the second-highest Tender bid will be designated as the besieging clan. Each of the defending and besieging clans may participate with up to 150 members (300 in total).
For up to 60 minutes, defending and besieging clans will engage in a fierce battle. Within that period, the defending clan must defend the monolith from destruction, while the besieging clan must penetrate the defending forces and destroy the monolith before time runs out.
Through the use of Clan Funds, Siege Weapon Craftsmen (NPCs) on both the defending and besieging clans' territory can summon special Siege Weapons.
Moreover, there's Castle Siege Eve, and it will occur from Monday to Saturday of the week that the Siege Tender is being held. More info about Castle Siege can be found here.
Zoetrope
Zoetrope is an Ad reward system available for mobile devices.
Horse Emblem - It can be obtained by watching advertisement videos, with a maximum of 20 ads per day. Horse Emblems are character-bound but can be acquired by any character, and the balance is displayed in the shop tab's upper left corner. Tokens earned through Zoetrope views can be used to purchase materials from the Zoetrope exchange station.
Watching Ads - In addition to Horse Emblem, Zoetrope View Rewards can be earned by watching ten advertisements per day. Rewards can be obtained only by clicking the 'View Rewards' icon in the upper right corner, vanishing after the reset at 00:00 (UTC+8). Uncommon Zoetrope View Rewards can be acquired through the use of Zoetrope View Rewards. By stacking the View Count, additional Zoetrope View Rewards with a Rare or Epic grade can be obtained as an achievement.
By using Zoetrope View Rewards, you can earn one (1) of the items listed below.

- Combat Pill (30 Minutes) - All ATK DMG Boost 1%
Mystical Piece
It is a new essential item to enhance a character's abilities. Mystical Piece enhances the character's stats, same as the Magic Stone: 1 fixed and 2 random ability stats, depending on the type. By successfully combining four of the same grade, you can obtain a higher-grade Mystical Piece.
Mystical Piece Types are as follows:
Normal Mystical Piece
- Twenty four (24) types with different stat abilities, Uncommon to Rare
- Uncommon to Epic grade: 1 random option
- Legendary grade: 2 random options
Special Mystical Piece
- Seventeen (17) types with different passive abilities for Epic and Legendary, respectively
- Epic grade: 2 random options
- Legendary: 3 random options
Uncommon Mystical Piece Box can be found on the NPC named Craft Treasure Shao Shao of Arcadia Spirit Village.
To craft an Uncommon Mystical Piece Box, you need x10 Moonlight Stone, x10,000 Copper, and x10,000 Darksteel. The crafting chance is 40%.
Bicheon Castle Duel Arena
The Duel Arena is a free-PK zone located on the bottom of the Bicheon Castle map. If a character dies in the Duel Arena, it will instantly recover and revive with full HP. From the audience stand, spectators will be able to watch duels safely.
Updates on Gathering/Mining/Crafting Darksteel
Interrupting someone who is already gathering/mining will be more difficult. The resistance to crowd controls (CCs) such as Knockdown/Stun will increase, and mining will continue until CC'd.
If you have an internal injury (CRIT injury), you will be unable to mine Darksteel.
Internal injury accumulates when you die, and the amount collected varies according to your character's PK Alignment.
Good: 2
Normal : 3
Bad: 8
Evil: 10
Outlaw: 20
Internal injuries are classified as Minor Injury, Major Injury, or CRIT Injury, and you will be unable to mine Darksteel if you have a CRIT injury.
If you have 20 stacks of internal injury, you will sustain a CRIT injury. (Minor: ten; Major: fifteen)
The mining amount will be reduced in the event of a negative PVP status (Bad, Evil, Outlaw).
If a character possesses less than 500k Darksteel, smelting or exchanging Draco as well as crafting a Darksteel box will be disabled.
XDRACO Sealed Box
XDRACO Box comprises Glittering Powder, Identification Scroll, Life Elixir, and more.
After sealing, XDRACO items will be moved to the XDRACO Warehouse and become tradable on the XDRACO market. Gold can be used to seal the item. After being moved to the XDRACO Warehouse, the sealed item will no longer be usable in the game, except for trading via the XDRACO market (Can be reused after unsealing). Future updates will include the DRACO market.
In-game bug fixes and gameplay improvements
- The Mail > Account tab includes a translation feature.
- A feature for copying chats was added.
- Instead of Cool time, the duration period will be displayed on buff items.
- The issue where some characters' skill effects were not visible was resolved.
- The bug where players were unable to move during the quest in Spiritual Center was fixed.
- The issue of the inconsistent appearance of some monsters during the quest in Viperbiest Plain was addressed.
